A IBM anunciou as novas versões dos softwares WebSphere Integration Developer, WebSphere ESB e WebSphere Process Server. Os mesmos estarão disponíveis para download a partir de 11/dezembro/2009.
Resumidamente: Muitas melhorias e poucas novidades (para quem já trabalha com as versões 6.2).
Alguns pontos interessantes:
- Maiores facilidades para trabalhar com tarefas humanas;
- Bastantes recursos que aceleram a produtividade;
- Novos adapters que vem “gratuitamente” com o WID (for IBM i e for Lotus Domino);
- Novo "produto" (Media Extender for WebSphere Process Server);
- Utilização da nova versão do WebSphere Application Server (versão 7) e consequentemente suas melhorias, como Java Extended Edition 5, EJB 3.0, JPA, JDK 6...
